Refund Request Process
• Request Submission: All refund requests must be submitted to Centennial office staff by contacting us directly at: support@flywithcaa.com or by calling 687-686-9086. Please include details of your payment, the service booked, and the reason for your request.
• Approval: Refunds are subject to review and approval by Centennial management. Approval is based on the specific circumstances of each request.
Refund Details
• Payment Method: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account once the refund has been approved and processed.
